The Waynflete Office has been informed by Alan Hine (1979) of the death of his uncle Geoff Francis just a few days short of his 97th birthday.
Geoff taught at the school from 1946-7 whilst waiting to go to Oxford and was also a former OW President. Both of Geoff’s sons also attended MCS: Martyn (1974) and Michael (1970).
We send our condolences to Geoff’s family and friends.
