7 August 1928 – 30 November 2023
The Waynflete Office has been informed of the death of Frank Rice-Oxley at the age of 95. We send our condolences to Francis’ family and friends. We are most grateful for the legacy gift that Francis left to support MCS bursaries. An interview with Frank with the Leatherhead & District Local History Society Archive from 2018 can be listened to here, where Frank describes his lifelong passion for history.
