This online form will allow you to register for a specific year of entry, and you will be able to review it before submitting it. Should you have any difficulty in accessing or completing the form, please do not hesitate to contact the Registrar at registrar@mcsoxford.org or 01865 242191.
Before beginning, please make sure that you have read our entry requirements for the appropriate year of entry. For international applicants, please note that we are a day school and require our pupils to be living with their parent(s) in the Oxford area while attending the school. Please ensure that you have appropriate visa arrangements in place for your family’s relocation. Do contact us if you would like to discuss your plans prior to registering your child with us.
To complete the form, you will be asked to upload a copy of the photo page of your child’s passport or birth certificate. Please do therefore ensure you have electronic copies available. Applicants for the Sixth Form will need to indicate their preferred A Level options as part of the Registration process to enable us to arrange subject interviews.
Please note that the registration deadline for entry in September 2025 (and pre-test entry for September 2027) has now passed. If you would like to make a late application, please email registrar@mcsoxford.org or call us on 01865 242191.
The registration deadline for entry in 2026 (or pre-test entry in September 2028) is 31st October 2025.
At the end of the form you will be asked to make the registration payment to complete your application. The registration fee is £180 (inclusive VAT) for UK applicants and £300 (inclusive VAT) for applicants to the Senior School and Sixth Form currently living overseas. The fee is non-refundable so if you have any queries about relocation, year of entry or any other aspects of your registration, please email registrar@mcsoxford.org or call 01865 242191 to discuss before making payment.
Please note that registrations for late applications for 2025 entry will be charged at £360 (inclusive VAT) for UK applicants and £600 (inclusive VAT) for overseas applicants. For Sixth Form this relates to any applications received after Monday 11th November 2024 and for Senior School, Monday 20th January 2025.
If you are applying to the Senior School and are in in receipt of Universal Credit or your child is eligible for free school meals, we are happy to waive the registration fee. Please contact the Registrar to discuss this. Please note that if we make an offer of a place to your child and you are also awarded and accept a means-tested bursary to help with fees, a proportion of your registration fee will be refunded in line with the fee percentage covered by the bursary award (if you are awarded a 100% bursary, the full fee will be refunded).
The information you provide in the Registration Form will be used by MCS to manage your child’s application. For example, we may contact your child’s current school to ask for a reference or we may contact other people with parental responsibility to check that they consent to your child joining MCS.
