OW Professor Charles Pasternak’s (1948) latest work will be formally launched later this month.
Entitled Africa South of the Sahara: Continued Failure or Delayed Success?, the composition is the sixth book released in Charles’s long and esteemed career.

Charles Pasternak is the founder and President of the Oxford International Biomedical Centre. He has sat on a variety of international editorial boards and advisory committees, including UNESCO, and has published over 250 scientific papers and articles.
