Netball
v Cokethorpe: 1st VII won 26-17; 2nd VII won 16-13; 3rd VII lost 37-21; 4th VII lost 41-10.
Rugby 7s
Sibford Tournament: The U13s played brilliantly to reach the cup final, beating Burford, Royal Latin and Warwick on their way. They faced a much more physical Cotswold School team in the final and narrowly lost 21-19. A great improvement on last year’s performance, which sees them qualify for the regional finals of the competition to be played at Franklin’s Gardens.
The U14s played superbly to reach the quarter finals of the cup competition, where they lost a close contest against Royal Latin.
KES Birmingham Tournament: The U18s were unbeaten on the day, scoring a number of superb tries.
Football
v d’Overbroeck’s: 1st team won 6-0.
v St Edward’s: 2nd team lost 4-3 v St Edward’s 1st team; 3rd team beat St Edward’s 2nd team 4-2; U16A beat St Edward’s 3rd team 2-1; U16B beat St Edward’s 4th team 1-0.
Cross Country
St Edward’s Relays: The senior boys A team came third and the B squad finished fifth; the senior girls A team came second and the inter boys came fifth overall. Well done to all runners.
Rowing
Junior Sculling Head
Following the frustration of the cancelled Hampton Head; the rowers took to the water in the Junior Sculling Head. The J16s finished 20th in their division, while the J14s finished in an impressive 12th place.
