Where parents have concerns they should contact their child’s Tutor in the first instance. The Tutor will, if appropriate, involve other members of staff such as the Head of Year, Head of Department, Usher or Master. Should these referrals not deal fully with the concern, parents may contact the Chairman of Governors via the Bursary, by contacting the Bursar’s PA.
Timings
Main reception is open Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm during term time.  During the school holidays, the hours are 9 am to 1 pm and 2 pm to 4 pm.
Junior School reception is open Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5.30 pm, term time only.
The school day begins at 8.25 am and ends at 3.50 pm (Senior School) and 3.25 pm (Junior School). More here.

How to find us
By public transport
MCS is conveniently located on several major bus routes through the city-centre, operated by Oxford Bus Company and Stagecoach. Alternatively, Oxford train station is a 25 minute walk away.
By car
There is no parking at MCS, visitors are advised to use the St Clements or Union Street car parks nearby, or alternatively Oxford’s Park and Ride service. Thornhill Park and Ride stops in St Clements, a short walk from MCS.
On arrival
Visit Reception at the end of Cowley Place to sign in and collect a visitor badge. If you are joining us for an Open Event, stewards will direct you to an entrance.
